With 16 years of professional experience, I had the opportunity to work on several national and international projects in different sectors, which allowed me to develop different management skills, business strategy, leadership, and training cross functional teams, as well as developing critical and analytical thinking, always focusing on the objective achievement and success of each project.
After contacting with different realities around the world, namely in Portugal, Argentina, Spain and Angola as a project manager and consultant, I had the privilege of actively participating in the (re)structuring of Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Quality and R&D departments as Department Director at FMCG business.
The range of experiences across various domains has cultivated a holistic perspective of the business. Through interactions with diverse national and international stakeholders, I improved my negotiation skills and expanded my network. I also gained valuable experience in leading, recruiting and training cross-functional teams.
